Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
  • Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards
  • Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of hospital policies, procedures, and objectives
Requirements
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
  • Current Washington RN licensure or current Multistate RN license required by date of hire
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Emergency nursing or graduate of the PHSW ED Fellowship/New Grad program
  • BLS and ACLS Certifications required at date of hire
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly pay range: $50.21-$74.61
  • Great shift differentials (up to $7/hr for night shift)
  • Additional pay for BSN, MSN, DPN, and advanced certifications
