Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales through effective selling and clienteling strategies, including building relationships with customers and identifying their needs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current collections and trends
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Perform daily operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Coach standards
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, and to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
