Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities- Answering multi-line telephones, screening calls, and directing callers as necessary.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Enable phone lines in the morning and roll over phone lines during the evening.
- Offer caller information according to company guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and clients.
- Track employee movement to optimize phone call distribution.
Manage postage meters, prepare certified mail, prepare FedEx packages, and sort incoming mail. In addition, label and assemble service invoices, keep reception areas tidy, and stock office supplies, including coffee materials.
Supportive Duties and Obligations- Provide auxiliary administrative assistance across all departments when required.
- Compile reports and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
