Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and individualize care plans, and revise as needed to meet patient needs.
- Execute physician orders, administer medications, and deliver culturally sensitive and competent nursing care.
- Perform routine technical procedures and skills in specialty areas assigned.
- Provide patient and family education based on identified learning needs.
- Coordinate and prioritize patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- RN with six months of clinical RN experience and/or successful completion of probationary NC I period documented on nursing evaluation tool.
- Registered Nurse license or valid permit to practice in Texas.
- BLS certification.
