This is a full-time opportunity that involves selling and merchandising Schwebel's diverse product portfolio to existing and new customers while operating a Schwebel's branded bread truck.

Main Objectives:
  • Sell, deliver, stock, and merchandise Schwebel brand products to various retail establishments, including grocery stores, restaurants, schools, and food retailers.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Ensure timely product delivery and maintain a well-organized vehicle.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue streams.
  • Communicate product knowledge and offer personalized suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Order bread products and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Perform routine pre and post-trip inspections to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential Skills:
  • Prior experience in route sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to meet insurance requirements.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be capable of obtaining a DOT physical examination.
  • Exhibit a safe driving record and commit to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in wholesale commercial bread sales is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handheld computing applications.
  • Be adaptable to changing circumstances within the work environment.
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Continuously reach, frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, walk, kneel, climb, and drive.
  • Occasionally push or pull items weighing up to 300 pounds.
