We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at WATG, a world-renowned destination and hospitality design firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of high-profile projects, collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the design and delivery of projects from conceptual phase to construction administration, ensuring that the design intent is consistently executed.
  • Technical Coordination: Coordinate the technical aspects of projects, including drawings, specifications, and building information models (BIM).
  • Team Management: Direct and mentor a diverse team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Client Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience designing small to mid-size architectural projects, including urban and resort hotels.
  • Skills: Proficiency in technical skills, including AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software, such as Rhino and SketchUp.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of architectural building systems, integrated design, trends, construction methodology, QA/QC process, and building codes.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and project management skills.
