Position Summary

As a Field Engineer 3, you will engage in various tasks related to the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of computer-related equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, desktop and laptop computers, printers, networking devices, standard software, and entry-level servers at client locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support for software, hardware, and networking issues related to desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Maintain and provide assistance for legacy systems.
  • Support core server products effectively.
  • Execute disk replacements on enterprise storage solutions.
  • Install and maintain PCs along with their associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals.
  • Oversee network products from both operational and maintenance perspectives.
  • Conduct installations, relocations, additions, and modifications as necessary.
  • Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications.
  • Follow up on issues or escalate as needed.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism in demeanor and appearance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
  • Adhere to client-specific Service Level Agreements and ensure that incident and request tickets are updated in the ticketing system.
Technical Skills Required
  • Experience in Desktop and Laptop Repair.
  • Proficiency with Laptop and Desktop server operations.
