Home Therapy Registered Nurse

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Therapy Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with ESKD, including dialysis therapy and education.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Lead and Mentor Team Members: Supervise and train RNs, LPNs/LVNs, Patient Care Technicians, and Home Therapies Care Team Assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement projects to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
- Education and Licensure: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and current state licensure.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience within the last 2 years as a RN.
- Certifications: Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
