Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled musician to provide musical support for our Catholic community at Shaw Air Force Base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Catholic music and be able to accompany the congregation during Sunday Mass services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide musical accompaniment for Sunday Catholic Mass services
  • Program music that emphasizes congregational participation and aligns with Catholic tradition
  • Monitor and maintain chapel musical instruments
  • Collaborate with the Catholic chaplain to ensure a high-quality music ministry
  • Participate in the Catholic community at Shaw Air Force Base
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in music with a focus on organ and piano proficiency in Catholic music
  • Minimum of two years' experience leading a Catholic congregation and/or choir with organ and piano accompaniment
  • Documented musical abilities and/or volunteer experience
