Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for comprehensively supporting the Payroll and Time & Labor modules within PeopleSoft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison with relevant departments to identify and implement new opportunities for improvement within PeopleSoft.
  • Provide weekly updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the Payroll module within PeopleSoft, including reviewing and testing tax updates to ensure compliance and system accuracy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience implementing large-scale PeopleSoft projects in an enterprise environment.
  • Expertise in all phases of implementations, including fit/gap analysis, data mapping, business process re-engaging, testing, and knowledge transfer.
  • Proficiency in SDLC and application upgrades, as well as implementing Dashboards and WorkCenters with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft PUM selective adoption methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting the Payroll module within PeopleSoft.
  • Experience reviewing and testing tax updates in PeopleSoft, ensuring compliance and system accuracy.
