We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at A First Name Basis Home Care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and grooming.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Light Housekeeping: Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Transportation: Safely transport clients to appointments and errands.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Availability: Must have at least 12 hours of availability per week.
- Clearance: Successful clearance of health screens, state and company background checks, and reference checks.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, be patient, and sensitive to the needs of the elderly.
