Job Title: Paragould Direct Care Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Worker to join our team at UCP of Arkansas. As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with developmental or related disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship, care, and protection to individuals with developmental or related disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support individuals with their personal care needs, including toileting and mobility assistance.
  • Encourage and facilitate social interaction and community involvement.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's condition or behavior.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma/GED or CNA license is required.
  • General knowledge and/or two years experience in working with mentally or physically disabled individuals is highly desired.
  • Part-time positions are available throughout the county and state.
