Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize appropriate cleaning agents to effectively eliminate stains and sanitize surfaces.
  2. Perform sweeping and mopping of floors to uphold cleanliness.
  3. Regularly empty waste receptacles and replace liners.
  4. Clean and maintain windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
  5. Thoroughly service restrooms using mops and disinfectants.
  6. Restock soap, toilet paper, and paper towel dispensers as needed.
  7. Observe and comply with safety protocols, remaining vigilant for potential hazards.
  8. Follow departmental safety procedures and ensure the correct use of tools and personal protective equipment.
  9. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  10. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Ability to effectively use cleaning tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, push, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach, with the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings and drug tests is mandatory.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
