Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, addressing their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform front desk clerical duties, including data entry and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Oversee the admittance of guests, ensuring a smooth and secure check-in process.
  • Maintain the front desk and lobby area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic typing skills and computer data entry experience are essential.
  • Strong reading, spelling, and math skills are necessary for accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required.
