Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and support to other Project Managers for services related to municipal planning, comprehensive plan development, and land use analysis and impacts.
  • Work independently with municipal clients on planning and zoning studies, development review, and ordinance updates.
  • Collaborate on larger projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to our growing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in urban and regional planning, urban studies, architecture, landscape architecture, or affiliated degrees.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience.
  • AICP certification or affiliate organization strongly preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of planning methods and application at the local and regional level.
  • Experience researching methods and statistical principles related to urban growth and development.
  • Applied knowledge of methods and techniques of effective technical report preparation and presentations.
