As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will assist with change requests, follow up with carriers, review endorsements for accuracy, and enter client information into system applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Process change requests, endorsements, and cancellations while ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with clients and carriers.
- Provide administrative support, including front desk coverage and other duties as assigned.
- Enter client information into agency management systems and export data as needed.
- Partner with colleagues to create, maintain, and issue evidence of property insurance, auto, and boat identification cards.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems and have a demonstrated customer service focus.
