About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Dart Container. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of production staff to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate production priorities, manage workflows, and schedule staff to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize production.
  • Inspect products and sign quality control check sheets to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes safety, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Two years of supervisory experience in a production environment, with a proven track record of leadership and management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with three years of experience in a production environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures.
