Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate ranging from $30 to $40, based on their level of experience and the number of hours worked. Additionally, we offer an excellent commission structure, with opportunities to earn up to 75% commissions on services.

Job Description

As a Senior Hair Design Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, while maintaining a high level of technical skill in haircutting, coloring, and styling. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized recommendations and ensure that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and looking great.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and training, including advanced education programs and partnerships with leading manufacturers like Redken.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A current cosmetology or barber license applicable to state requirements and eligible to work in the US
  • Able and willing to work various schedules based on your income goals and guest demand
  • Ability to show basic skill-set in terms of layered cuts, clipper cuts, and basic color application
