About the Role

The Senior Care Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.

  • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families through regular interactions and communication.
  • Deliver personalized care and support to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure each resident receives tailored care.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and promoting risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with community teams to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional service standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A commitment to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent, with some states requiring certifications or licenses.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
