Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our apparel lines, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a sales-focused and customer-centric approach to drive sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the team to create effective product and visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and create a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in and assist with the creation of store events and CRM activities that reward repeat business and drive sales.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to part-time and seasonal client associates.
