TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is in search of a Quality Assurance Resident Engineer to enhance our Quality Resident Engineering division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction through technical support and addressing quality concerns.
- Establish and maintain a robust professional relationship with clients at the operational level.
- Act as the designated representative for the client, effectively managing production-related issues.
- Facilitate open communication between the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the client.
- Propose enhancements to both the OEM and the client.
- Quickly assess issues at the OEM's site to identify solutions and prevent claims.
- Proactively relay information regarding existing claims to the relevant plant for resolution.
- Provide timely updates to the client regarding the status of claims.
- Engage in client meetings as necessary.
- Gather continuous feedback regarding client satisfaction with our products and services.
- Conduct regular audits on how the client manages our products.
- Stay informed on technical and quality-related topics through ongoing training and collaboration with partners.
- Report any competitive initiatives to the TRIGO Resident Liaison Manager.
- Regularly communicate with the client’s team as defined by the supervisor.
- Participate in prototype development, pre-production builds, and engineering changes as required.
- Coordinate on-site repair and sorting activities, ensuring all actions are authorized by the client.
Required Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in process management and controls.
- Experience in process and product audits.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving operations.
- Ability to lead teams effectively.
- Experience with automotive parts sequencing is preferred.
- Tier 1 experience is a plus.
