Key Responsibilities:
- The intern will support various design functions and may collaborate with the construction team.
- This role may involve practical engineering tasks such as calculations, simulations, drafting, 3D modeling, on-site construction observations, and business-related activities like preparing presentations and organizing project documentation.
- Interns may also gain exposure to related design fields, including plumbing and electrical systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- A willingness to receive guidance from multiple engineers and facilitate workflow among different construction coordinators.
- A foundational understanding of engineering and construction documentation is preferred.
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical information.
- Strong spatial awareness and visualization skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in technology, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software platforms such as AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous.
