Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for baking, producing, and packaging baked goods, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring fresh and appealing displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bakery Operations: Bake, produce, and package a variety of baked goods, including bread, bagels, and sweet treats.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answer customer questions, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Display and Merchandising: Ensure that bakery cases and aisles are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Inventory Management: Help maximize sales by effectively stocking, rotating, and merchandising products on the sales floor and in the back rooms.
  • Delivery and Stocking: Assist with unloading daily deliveries and stocking cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory.
