Key Responsibilities

Respond to service inquiries from the Service Resource Center, gathering essential details regarding equipment or system issues. Engage with client representatives to identify and understand the problems affecting their systems. Conduct maintenance and repairs on sprinkler systems across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings. This encompasses a range of systems such as wet (steel, copper, and CPVC), dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.

How You Will Achieve This

· Interpret and analyze blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and operational manuals effectively.

· Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities, a positive demeanor, and a capacity for rapid learning.

· Demonstrate the ability to work independently.

· Adhere to established troubleshooting protocols and consult technical documentation to accurately diagnose and rectify equipment issues.

Qualifications We Seek

Required

· A minimum of 3-5 years of verified experience in the fire sprinkler sector, focusing on service and repair of sprinkler and suppression systems.

· Proficient in computer and communication tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and mobile applications.

· Capability to service all water-based fire protection systems.

· High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

· Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.

· Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.

· Maintain an organized inventory in the service vehicle to ensure prompt responses to client requests.

· Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

· Possession of a valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with company standards.

· Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.

· Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and transporting equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.

· Comfortable working in challenging positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high-lift equipment up to 60 feet, as well as in confined spaces.

· Must be able to understand and comply with all safety requirements set forth by the company and clients.

· Participation in an on-call rotation is required.

Preferred

· NICET certification is advantageous.

· Backflow certification is beneficial.

· Experience with fire pumps is a plus.
