Growth Strategist & Operations Lead - Seasons

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to spearhead our new venture, Seasons, from inception to scale. This role will be responsible for driving growth and expansion within the framework of LAI Games, a global leader in the amusement machines industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to proliferate Seasons amusement and vending machines & merchandise across North America.
  • Lead logistics, sales, marketing, and after-sales service functions for Seasons machines, leveraging the LAI Games team & infrastructure.
  • Source and develop attractive ranges of in-demand merchandise to be sold to operators of Seasons machines and across all industry channels.
  • Design and operate a sophisticated, low-touch e-commerce operation which fulfils orders to modern standards of user experience and convenience.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Own the Seasons P&L, with key metrics including sales of new machines, high-margin recurring merchandise sales, and cash flow management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in FMCG sales, operations, or product management from trend-driven segments such as fashion, toys, and collectables.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and ability to think on your feet.
Work Environment
  • Full-time, office-based role based in The Colony, TX.
