Unique Builders & Development Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies, manage campaigns across various channels, and maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Marketing Strategies: Create data-driven marketing plans aligned with company objectives, identify target markets, and develop positioning strategies.
  2. Managing Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events, ensuring timely delivery and budget efficiency.
  3. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts, develop brand guidelines, and oversee branding initiatives to enhance brand awareness and perception.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  5. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, social media content, advertisements, and press releases, ensuring engaging and accurate content aligns with brand messaging.
  6. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, monitoring digital analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  7. Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders, coordinating press releases, media interviews, and PR events to enhance brand visibility.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, monitoring expenditures and ROI to ensure efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
