Job Summary:The Asset Management Imaging Technician will be responsible for performing asset management imaging activities at all locations, supporting organizational staff members within the Joint Service Provider (JSP) user community. The successful candidate will interact daily with Service Deck Technicians to ensure productivity and provide resolution to asset management imaging issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform asset management imaging activities at all locations
- Interact daily with Service Deck Technicians to ensure productivity and provide resolution to asset management imaging issues
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of asset management imaging to ensure timely delivery of asset management services
- Provide input to configuration management planning
- Assist in provisions for configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits
- Participate in the change process to ensure only approved and validated changes are incorporated into the customer infrastructure
- Assist in identifying, researching, and resolving problems
- US Department of Defense (DOD) issued Secret Clearance
- Certifications: Security+ and one other approved certification
- Physical Requirements: Sitting for long periods, standing for long periods, ambulating throughout an office, ambulating between several buildings, stooping, knee, crouch or crawl as required, repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 50 pounds
