Workday Recruiting Architect Opportunity

Type of Role: Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2-3 days per week in Atlanta, GA)

Job Description

Planet Technology's direct end-user client is seeking a Workday Recruiting Architect to join their team on a hybrid, direct hire opportunity. As part of the HR Shared Services product management team, this role involves system configuration and collaboration with HR Technology and global COEs to maintain the Workday system and processes. The ideal candidate will have configuration experience in one or more Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR Program Director to develop and implement Workday configuration strategies.
  • Lead global advisory meetings and design sessions to drive process improvements.
  • Work with internal tech teams and vendors to align systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Design and implement proof of concepts and suggest streamlined business processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience configuring Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent & Recruiting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
