Job Title: Pharmacist

Job Summary:

SLH-Sutter Lakeside Hospital is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical products within our hospital.

Responsibilities:

Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized pharmacy school.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized pharmacy school.
  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Certification and Licensure:

  • PHARMD-Licensed Pharmacist.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
  • Residency or fellowship experience is desired.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Drug Utilization Review procedures.
  • Therapeutic Drug Monitoring.
  • Computer knowledge is desired.
  • PC programs, Pharmacokinetics, interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Environment:

Varied schedule, per diem/casual, 10 hours per shift, variable days of the week, as needed.

Pay Range is $81.92 to $90.78 / hour.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.

This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.

Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.

Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health.
