Job Title: Commercial Locksmith Technician

Join FlyLock Security Solutions - South Atlanta as a Commercial Locksmith Technician and be part of a team that provides top-notch security solutions to commercial clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial locks, doors, and door hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, and maintain commercial locks, doors, and door hardware
  • Cut keys to code, duplicate keys, rekey locks, and perform SFIC core operations
  • Repair doors, panic devices, and door closers
  • Install door frames and doors
  • Use smart phone app and computer software to check in and collect payments from clients
  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial door and locking hardware
  • Install, repair, and maintain access control hardware
  • Modify hardware for locks
  • Create and maintain master key systems
  • Install cameras and access controls hardware
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in technical hands-on field experience in locksmithing, access control, door hardware, and other skilled trades
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Capable of working effectively as part of a team
  • Able to work safely on ladders
  • Ability to drive in compliance with company vehicle policy
  • Provide a high level of timely and accurate customer service
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to fluently understand, speak, and write English
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs-100 lbs
  • Able to drive company vehicles
  • Able to complete application process
  • Ability to kneel, crouch, and stoop
  • Ability to reach above and below the shoulders
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, twist, and pull
  • Ability to climb a ladder and work above ground
  • Withstand external weather conditions year-round
