Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at our Manufacturing Facility in San Antonio, Texas. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes.

About This Role:

This role will support production and may need to cover production recovery times including Fridays and weekends as needed. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet our high quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Foster and lead practical problem-solving activities
  • Monitor campaign process & progress
  • Manage compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards requirements
  • Perform analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary
  • Be proficient in the development and maintenance of APQP documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of Engineering and Quality Assurance experience

OR

  • Master's degree

OR

  • At least 4 years of Engineering and Quality Assurance experience

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive total rewards package which ensures job satisfaction both on and off the job. The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with the candidate's applicable skills, knowledge, and experience.
