Job Summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to join our team. As a CT Scan Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret CT protocols and position patients for exams
• Operate CT scanner equipment in accordance with radiation standards
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
• Utilize EPIC, Radiant, and PACS to schedule and transmit images to radiologists for interpretation
• Prepare and administer contrast material using power injectors

Requirements

• Accredited educational program in radiology and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Associate's degree in Applied Science in Diagnostic Radiology
• State licensure in Diagnostic Technology

Preferred Qualifications

• CT certification preferred
