Cybersecurity Specialist

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our sensitive data.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor security measures to protect computer systems, networks, applications, and information.
Assist with the development of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices supporting information security and compliance initiatives.
Monitor, review, and analyze log and alert data from company systems, network, and security devices for potential security and compliance events.
Identify and define system security requirements.
Design computer security architecture and develop detailed cyber security designs.
Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices.
Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
Ensure that the company knows as quickly as possible about security incidents.
Write comprehensive reports, including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement.
Work with and provide reports for compliance audits.
Requirements
At least three (3) years of education, training, and/or experience in IT security monitoring and analysis, vulnerability analysis, risk analysis, or similar cybersecurity-related fields preferred.
Proven track record of successfully implementing IT projects in a medium to large network environment.
Knowledge and understanding of enterprise networking protocols and concepts, server operating systems (including Windows, Linux, and VMWare), and core security principles.
Hands on experience with common information security solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, and data leakage protection.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail in both analysis and documentation.
