Job Title: Digital Technology Solutions Lead
Job Summary:
UCB is seeking a highly skilled Digital Technology Solutions Lead to join our Patient Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex technology initiatives aligned with our strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive complex projects/programs from strategic planning to project closure.
- Manage projects/programs in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholders.
- Closely monitor and communicate on project status, including potential interdependencies, risks, issues, and mitigations.
- Strategically identify opportunities that add value based on a solid understanding of technology in life sciences research context.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Work experience in IT project and program management of advanced technology.
- Deep understanding of IT system lifecycle management.
- Solid working knowledge of current and emerging technology architectures.
- Experience using analysis and analytics scientific software.
