We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at AccentCare, where we prioritize patient-centered care and strive for excellence in every interaction.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$80,000 per annum, paid on a per-visit basis. With a focus on providing world-class patient care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing care plans and communicating findings or changes to the Physical Therapist and physician
  • Educating patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Hold an Associate's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Be licensed, registered, or permitted to practice in the state of agency operation
  • Maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel to all business locations
