Summary
All Native Group is in search of dedicated individuals for the role of Evening Custodial Technician, responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various facilities. The position involves executing cleaning tasks as directed by the Custodial Supervisor or Management, with an emphasis on independent work in line with established protocols. Performance is assessed through regular inspections to ensure adherence to contract standards and the overall condition of the assigned facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Employ cleaning agents to uphold sanitary and visual standards in restrooms, ensuring the sanitization of fixtures and replenishment of necessary supplies.
- Dust, clean, and polish various surfaces, including furniture and fixtures, while also maintaining the cleanliness of windows, walls, and mirrors.
- Conduct thorough floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing.
- Utilize vacuum equipment for carpet cleaning, including spot treatment and stain removal as required.
- Manage waste disposal, including the collection and recycling of materials, ensuring proper disposal protocols are followed.
- Operate custodial equipment effectively to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Engage with facility personnel to address cleaning needs and report any maintenance or safety issues to the Custodial Supervisor.
- Perform additional custodial tasks as necessary.

Work Environment

Qualifications
