English Language Arts Teacher Opportunity

Lenox Community Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Language Arts teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English Language Arts to students in grades 7-12.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach English Language Arts courses to students in grades 7-12
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and achievement
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English Education or related field
  • Teaching certification in English Language Arts
  • Experience teaching English Language Arts to students in grades 7-12

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in English Education or related field
  • Reading endorsement
