Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Biogensys. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders in an in-home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in an in-home setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on communication and swallowing techniques.
  • Conduct routine reevaluations to modify and progress treatment plans as needed.
  • Coordinate care with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Proof of licensure eligibility or Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from patients' residences.
