About the Role:

  • Clients: Providing therapy services for couples, families, and groups.
  • Evaluation and Treatment: Evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating, and implementing treatment plans, and completing ongoing documentation.
  • Clinical Practice: Maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 one-hour client visits per week for full-time status.
  • Team Collaboration: Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling the mental health gaps in our community.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with the ability to practice independently.
  • Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with couples and families.
  • Familiarity with community resources.
  • Certified in specialty treatment modalities specific to couples and families.
  • Fluent in a language in addition to English.
