ManpowerGroup is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing electrical power systems analysis calculations, including motor starting/voltage drop, short circuit, arc flash, and load flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical power systems analysis calculations, including motor starting/voltage drop, short circuit, arc flash, and load flow.
  • Program protective relays with settings developed in systems analysis.
  • Develop and implement electrical safety programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of electrical engineering experience.
  • Experience in operations and maintenance of large industrial plants.
  • Experience in electrical safety program management.
  • Detailed knowledge of NFPA 70E.
  • Industry training or certification as a safety professional.
  • Working knowledge of SKM Power Tools for Windows engineering software.
  • Experience in other software modeling packages such as ETAP.
  • Working knowledge of SEL and Multilin protective relays.
  • Experience specifying and working on HV substation equipment, transformers, HV and LV motors, and Generators.
Education and Licensing:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • PE license preferred.
