We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Studio Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and driving studio sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all studio visitors, members, and prospective clients
  • Promote our fitness programs and services to potential clients
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
  • Assist with studio tours and provide information about our services
  • Process sales and handle membership inquiries
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
