Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers as they enter
• Take orders for smoothies and provide detailed explanations of menu items
• Craft a diverse range of smoothies, from classic to innovative
• Accurately input orders into the system with efficiency
• Prepare smoothie ingredients, clean dishes, and ensure a tidy workspace
• Strictly follow food safety guidelines
• Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service
• Foster a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• Understanding of food safety practices
• Possess or be willing to obtain a ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Capability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to stand for extended periods

Requirements:

• Adhere to company protocols and dress code
• Engage positively with customers and team members throughout shifts

Physical Demands:

• Operate blenders and point-of-sale systems
• Lift items weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Perform bending, reaching, and scooping tasks
• Access refrigeration units with varying temperatures
• Manage exposure to food allergens
