WSMIS TECHNICAL ADVISOR

Datum Technologies Group is seeking to engage multiple WSMIS Technical Advisors with hands-on experience in the Weapon Systems Management Information System (WSMIS). The selected candidates will collaborate as part of a specialized team to undertake various responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The WSMIS Technical Advisor Team will collectively deliver comprehensive technical and functional evaluations of the Sustainment Organization's operations, documentation, system/software modifications, and Oracle Database Management. This team will serve as the primary contact for numerous audits conducted by relevant oversight bodies, including the Air Force Audit Agency (AFAA). Additionally, they will oversee Certification and Accreditation processes, the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), and enterprise migration initiatives. The team will also monitor system interfaces, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs), software/system challenges, and evaluate WSMIS system alterations as documented in various change proposals and requests.

Selected candidates will be responsible for conducting software/system evaluations, translating user specifications as necessary, and reviewing technical submissions.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant functional or technical experience with WSMIS or similar systems.
  • Proficient understanding of Air Force logistics systems.
  • Must possess active U.S. citizenship and a current NAC prior to commencing work.
