Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to neonates and infants, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform clinical nursing duties for neonates and infants, including assessments, interventions, and support for developmental stages.
- Recognize and respond promptly to acute changes in neonate/infant's condition, as well as emergency situations in the NICU and other hospital departments.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team, utilizing verbal and written skills.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
- Current BLS certification
- At least one year of NICU RN experience preferred
