Position Overview

Edgeless Beauty Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Cosmetic Physician Assistant to enhance our exceptional team. We pride ourselves on being a medically-supervised collective of aesthetic specialists committed to self-care and personalized outcomes for our clients' skin journeys.

Compensation

Salary: Based on Experience

Qualifications
  • Licensed Physician Assistant in Wisconsin (PA-C)
  • At least two years of experience in the Medspa sector
  • Certification in laser treatments (IPL and/or BBL) or an aesthetic license is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Proficient in administering Botox and Cosmetic Filler Injections
  • Experience in teaching and presenting is preferred
  • A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness field
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer injectable treatments for facial rejuvenation and volumizing using dermal fillers such as Restylane, Dysport, Sculptra, Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Kybella, and Jeuveau, while providing education on pre and post-care regimens.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all treatments and procedures offered at our facility, effectively educating clients about our services.
  • Confidently recommend retail skincare products to help clients maintain their results at home.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each client based on thorough consultations.
  • Assess clients' eligibility for neurotoxins, injectables, and laser treatments, managing expectations while adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting for each client, performing necessary administrative tasks to ensure proper medical records.
  • Collaborate with a company-approved medical director to review and co-sign patient charts, providing guidance to registered nurses as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional service and expertise to exceed client expectations, fostering relationships that encourage repeat business.
  • Actively promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services, products, and skincare regimens; perform professional-grade facial treatments in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
  • Commit to ongoing education and training to sustain proficiency.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in medical spa products and services.
  • Adhere to universal precautions to ensure client safety during treatments.
  • Comply with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Follow all relevant local and state licensing laws and regulations related to aesthetic services, including maintaining a current PA License.
  • Engage in networking events, educational seminars, community activities, and in-office events on behalf of the organization.
  • Manage inventory of products and supplies.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
