Boss Fight Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Server Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our mobile game industry. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and building high-performance AWS systems, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and scale high-performance AWS systems to support large user bases with high uptime requirements.
- Write high-quality, testable code to ensure the stability and security of our systems.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to provide data, tools, and expertise to support business growth.
- Identify and resolve complex issues in a live game environment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum player satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience developing API services in AWS, with a strong focus on scalability and reliability.
- Experience supporting large user bases with high uptime requirements, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Expertise in scaling services with ECS and EC2, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture.
- Strong server-side JavaScript development skills, with experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Game development experience with Unity 3D, with a strong understanding of game development principles and best practices.
- Experience with infrastructure tools such as Terraform and Docker, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and automation.
- Analytics and data engineering expertise, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, with a strong understanding of computer science principles and best practices.
