Reporting directly to the CFO, you will gain insights into various business sectors.

By engaging cross-departmentally and collaborating with diverse teams, the Corporate Accountant can significantly influence the organization and accelerate their career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the month-end closing process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and managing month-end and quarterly closings.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, producing audit expense documentation.
  • Execute essential accounting functions such as month-end closing, financial statement preparation, and fixed asset management.
  • Prepare various state sales and use tax filings.
  • Conduct and review monthly account reconciliations, including variance analyses.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
  • Lead the reconciliation of intercompany foreign accounts.
  • Assist in generating monthly entries on a global scale to finalize international financials.
  • Work with internal and external tax teams to facilitate tax return preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills and business communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
