Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various types of production equipment, including filling, batching, labeling, machining, sorting, inspecting, and packaging.
  • Monitor and assure quality of product, making simple machine adjustments, keeping equipment in good working order, and frequent cleaning of equipment and work area.
  • Count and record production units and labor time, ensuring accurate data for production reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and company procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of production experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines.
