The Multispecialty group comprises over 200+ providers across 32 different specialties, offering a wide range of medical services to patients in need. We are looking to add a dedicated GI provider to a community located about an hour's drive from the Phoenix Metro area.

Compensation and Benefits
This is an employed position with a base salary and RVU bonus. The compensation package includes full benefits, retirement, medical malpractice insurance, paid time off, and a student loan repayment program due to the hospital's non-profit status. Additionally, a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available to support your transition.

Scope of Work
The scope of work for this position includes:
  • Employed position with a base salary and RVU bonus
  • 4 1/2 work days, with 4 days of procedures
  • Working in ORs, PACUs, GI suites, pre-op, and infusion centers, with the support of APRNs for consultations
  • A busy practice with a full primary care referral base, averaging a 6-month wait for new patients
  • An average of 18-22 patients per day, with opportunities for procedures
