Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Production Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment. This is a critical role that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our production equipment.
- Equipment Setup and Troubleshooting: Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of essential maintenance parts and supplies.
- Collaboration with Management and Consultants: Work closely with management and consultants to identify and source equipment needed to improve our production capacity.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, preferably in a contract manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic electrician knowledge, basic plumbing knowledge, and experience with commercial filling equipment.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
